Governor Ritter, Lance Armstrong and others will make a special announcement on Wednesday, Aug. 4 at 10:00 a.m. on the West steps of the Colorado State Capitol at 200 E. Colfax Ave., Denver, CO.

Also, Lance just announced via Twitter that he and the Governor
are leading a short ride immediately following the event. Come ready to ride!
