Summary
This Request for Qualifications seeks professional services to advance the goals of the Mayor's Greenprint Denver initiative through the design, implementation and evaluation of strategic communications, community-based social marketing, community relations support, and training of key stakeholder personnel related to the policies and practices of sustainable development embodied by the initiative as it is extended into the community-at-large.

Each consultant must submit one (1) hard-copy original of the printed submittal along with a CD containing the complete proposal (in PDF format) no later than 3 p.m. local time, Tuesday, May 1, 2007, to:

Instructions
The Request for Qualifications document provides complete instructions to proposers as to how to complete the submittal. A written response must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the requirements and procedures set forth in the RFQ, including all attachments. The terms of the proposed contract are set forth in the Sample Agreement.
